The University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology „George Emil Palade” in Târgu Mureș is a superior academic institution in Romania. It is named after George Emil Palade, a famous Romanian-American biochemist who won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1974 for his research on cell structure.
