Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In order to use the site in good conditions, we recommend that you carefully read the terms and conditions. ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL assumes the right to make changes to the provisions without prior notification. The latest version of the provisions can be found on the Terms and Conditions page.

Disclaimer
ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL does not assume responsibility and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by using in any way the products purchased through this site. ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL tries to present the sold products as completely as possible (pictures, technical characteristics, price, etc.), but due to the large volume of products in our database, ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL does not guarantee that their description or other content of this site is accurate, completely up-to-date or error-free. The delivered products may differ from the images on the website in any way, due to changes in the characteristics or design by the manufacturers without their prior notification.
Possible problems related to the compatibility between the components purchased from this site and those you own or are going to purchase from other sources are not the subject of ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL’s responsibility.
The marketing and distribution activity of the site’s offer is conditioned by the correctness of the data provided by the customer in the order form. ROMAUDIOVIDEO SRL cannot be held responsible in any way for the various damages or losses resulting from non-honoring of orders. The maximum value of the obligations towards any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is reduced to the value of the amounts collected from the respective customer.
Abandoning the purchase
According to the Romanian legislation in force, renunciation of the purchase by unilateral termination of the contract is applicable only to natural person customers (OG 34/2014 art. 2 point 2).
As a consumer, you have the right to notify the company in writing that you wish to cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product.
The above rule will only apply if the product is delivered in good condition, without any bumps or other signs of improper use and if it is delivered in the original packaging.
To send the parcels, please use the same courier service that you used to receive the products.
The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer, and the refund of their value will be made within 30 days from the date of the denunciation and only by bank transfer.
The 10-day period starts from the date of receipt of the products. In case of exercising the right of unilateral termination of the contract by you, the company will reimburse you the amounts paid, without asking you for the amounts necessary for their reimbursement. Reimbursement of the amounts will be made within 30 days at most from the date of termination of the contract.
Breaking the seal makes it impossible to return the product.
When the parcels arrive at our office, a brief visual check of the parcel will be made in the presence of the courier. If traces of impacts or faulty handling of the package are found, or if its condition is not impeccable from the point of view of integrity, a report will be made to signal these problems and a copy will be handed to the courier. All parcels received that comply with these return conditions will be opened and photographed to record the condition of the products inside and to verify that the condition of the products is identical to their condition at the time of filling out the return form (at the time of filling out the form, on basis for assuming responsibility, the customer must state the condition of the products in writing and/or through photographs). Any inconsistency between the state declared by the consumer when filling out the return form and the actual reception of the products by our specialized staff will lead to the rejection of the return of the products, the customer being responsible for the transport of these products to our premises.
The customer will be notified within 72 hours of receiving the package of this situation and will be able to choose whether to receive back at his own expense the products that do not comply with his declaration and the products that are no longer in the same condition in which they were initially delivered to the customer, or if he accepts the return of these products to their original state. Our company may charge additional fees in the event of the return of used, damaged, without packaging, etc. products, or that do not correspond to the customer’s declaration from the moment of filling out the return form, for their return to their original state, which can have a value between 0 and 50% from the initial value of the product, with the customer’s agreement.
