ROMAUDIOVIDEO cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of products purchased through this website. Products may differ from displayed images, depending on manufacturer changes.
Compatibility between components is not our responsibility. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
Individual customers may withdraw from a purchase in accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014, within 10 working days from receiving the product.
The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the refund will be made within 30 days, via bank transfer.
Products that are damaged, missing packaging, or with broken seals cannot be returned.
